Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ShareBit. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ShareBit mobile application (the “App”) and related services provided by ShareBit (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, installing, or using ShareBit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old to use ShareBit. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Description of Service

ShareBit is a mobile application that allows users to track their stock and cryptocurrency investments. Our services include:

• Portfolio tracking and management
• Real-time market data and price alerts
• AI-powered portfolio analysis and insights
• Portfolio health scores and ratings
• Financial news aggregation
• Cloud synchronization (Premium feature)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

Investment Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All investment decisions are made solely by you at your own risk
• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• Market data may be delayed or inaccurate
• AI analysis is generated by machine learning models and may contain errors
• Portfolio health scores are subjective metrics and not guarantees of performance
• We are not responsible for any investment losses you may incur
• You should conduct your own research and due diligence before investing

Account Registration

Some features of ShareBit require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe pose a security risk.

Subscriptions & Payments

Free and Premium Plans

ShareBit offers both free and premium subscription plans. The free plan includes basic features with advertisements. Premium plans (ShareBit Pro) offer additional features including unlimited AI analysis, cloud sync, and an ad-free experience.

Auto-Renewal

Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Payment terms are subject to the policies of your respective app store:

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings:

• iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → ShareBit → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → ShareBit → Cancel

Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. ShareBit does not directly process refunds. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ShareBit only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use the App to transmit malware or harmful code
• Attempt to manipulate market data or AI analysis results
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App in any way that could damage our reputation or business

Intellectual Property

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, graphics, design, and the selection and arrangement thereof) are owned by ShareBit, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The ShareBit name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ShareBit. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of any portfolio data, notes, or other content you create within the App (“User Content”). By using cloud sync features, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to such content.

Third-Party Services

ShareBit integrates with third-party services to provide functionality such as market data, authentication, and payment processing. These third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Market data is provided by third-party data providers and may be delayed or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHAREBIT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Investment losses of any kind
• Loss of business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any other damages arising from your use of the App

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ShareBit and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Conduct that we deem harmful to other users or our business
• Upon your request to delete your account

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.
